Nobody in this group of friends and co-workers had ever played music before. After a few hours, they were able to play a rock song, start to finish. They took home a video to show how good it sounded!

How it works

Get ready for the experience of the year! Build lasting relationships, gain confidence, leadership skills, teamwork skills, increase productivity, and get to know your friends or associates in a new way!

It all starts with you getting together with your group of friends or team from work, up to 10 people per band. Each person chooses their instrument, and we begin learning and having fun!

There are 12 weekly practices of one hour each with your band. This prepares you for your gig! Both the practices and final concert are at Rockory Music School, where all instruments, equipment, and materials are provided— choose between drums, guitar, bass, keyboards, vocals or hand percussion. There are often opportunities to play additional concerts in local venues, as well as for the group to take home a video of the performance to share with friends on social media.

All coaches are professional musicians, currently gigging and with music degrees.
